Working mode: connect the air pipe to the joint of the sandblasting machine, add sand, turn on the air compressor, turn on the power switch on the sandblasting machine, start the fan, step on the foot switch, pull the pressure regulating valve out, adjust the sandblasting pressure, turn right to increase the pressure, and turn left to adjust the pressure

After the pressure is adjusted, press down the knob of the pressure regulating valve, slowly add 5-8KG sand, and step on the foot switch to try spraying. Then buckle the turntable on the cart to prevent the turntable from sliding when loading the workpiece. Transport the workpiece to the turntable of the cart and push the cart to the sandblasting machine

At the entrance, the trolley rolling track should be aligned with the rolling track of the sandblasting cabin. Open the pull buckle of the fixed turntable on the cart, push the turntable and workpiece into the sandblasting processing cabin along with the rolling path of the cart, and then close the door of the processing cabin, turn on the power switch on the sandblasting machine, start the fan, and reach into the spray

In the rubber glove of sand processing hole, rotate the turntable, step on the foot switch, and hold the nozzle to sandblast the workpiece at the position where sandblasting is required. After sandblasting, release the foot switch, stop sand blasting, pull the turntable and workpiece out of the sandblasting processing cabin, and sandblasting is completed.

Note: please press the dust removal switch to remove the dust on the filter element every half an hour. Every 48 hours of work, it is necessary to clean the dust in the dust box. When sandblasting is not required for a long time, please turn off the power supply and air supply of the sandblasting machine.
