About 2 t/h grape destemmer-crusher 
This is a specialized machine for processing freshly picked grapes, which can destem grapes, remove stems and branches and crush grapes. It is an ideal pre-processing device for small winery. 
It crushes and destems grapes. The rotating speed and crushing roller clearance are adjustable and can be used for more grape varieties. The whole machine, the parts contacting grapes and exposed are stainless steel of food industry standard.

Main structure: Crusher, destemmer and frame. 
1. Crusher is at the lower end of the feeder consists of two crushing rollers, and the clearance between is 5-15mm adjustable (depending on grape varieties). 
2. Destemmer: Consisting destemming shaft and destemming half screen. The former is equipped with spirally arranged destemming blades, and the latter is punched stainless steel plate which separates fruits and stems and discharges stems. 
Operating principles: 
Grapes enters crusher via feeder, passes half screen and destemming shaft, and the blades on the shaft separates the fruits and stems and discharges the stems. Distemmed fruits pass the holes of the half screen and drop onto the dish, and will be carried to the subsequent process. 
There is an optional screw pump, which will carry the destemed fruits and juice to the subsequent process.
