Pomegranate peeling machine is one of the special equipment for deep processing of pomegranate. It is used to separate the peels of pomegranate, and it is the necessary equipment for the pre-processing of pomegranate juice extraction. Its working principle is that the pomegranate enters the crushing device from the feeding hopper, and the whole pomegranate is squeezed and cut into several small pieces through the relative extrusion of the crushing roller and the sharp pressure of the blade on the roller; the crushing roller of the upper crushing device is made of stainless steel, and the two The roller gap can be adjusted to 20-30mm; it can also be crushed for the second time. The lower crushing roller is made of non-toxic and high-elasticity rubber, which has less damage to the pomegranate seeds. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted to 10-20mm; after two-stage crushing , The pomegranate that has been basically separated from the skin and seeds falls into the separation device (the combination of the separation shaft and the rotary screen) equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation. Enter the next process through the discharge port (transported to the juicer or other through the screw pump); the pomegranate peel is discharged from the tail of the equipment.

The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel except the reducer and some transmission parts. The diameter of the rotary screen is 12-18 mm. If the pomegranate variety is special, it should be specified when ordering.
