Mulberry press: This machine is a movable single-screw continuous press. It consists of a frame, a transmission system, a feeding part, a juice extracting part, a blocking door, a hydraulic system and a shroud, and an electrical control part. The spiral is driven by the motor through the pulley and driven by the gear reduction box. The spiral is divided into three parts: the feeding screw, the pressing screw and the pressing screw. The pressing of the mulberry is carried out and the pressing screen cylinder and the material stopping device are realized, and the extrusion of the mulberry press is performed. The blockage of the material outlet is achieved by blocking the forced door and the backing screen. There is a feeding box in the middle of the body, and a filter plate is arranged in the box. The treated mulberry slag is sent into the box, that is, part of the juice flows out through the filter plate, and the mulberry juice which is squeezed out through the spiral flows into the juice tray through the sieve tube, and then flows out from the juice tube; the mulberry residue after pressing is sieved The forced door at the end of the barrel is discharged.

Working principle: This machine is a single-screw continuous press. The screw drives the transmission system by the reducer. The machine body is equipped with a feeding box: the filter plate is arranged inside the box, and the mulberry is transported into the box, that is, some mulberry juice passes through the filter plate. In the juice hopper in the lower part of the body, the mulberry is transported to the rear spiral and the mulberry is pressed by the variable diameter. The mulberry juice that has been squeezed by the screw is also discharged into the juice hopper through the sieve cylinder, and the small tail plate is installed at the tail of the spindle. Finally, the pressed mulberry juice flows into the juice hopper from the cone-shaped juice tube through a small sieve cylinder, and the mulberry slag is discharged between the end of the sieve cylinder and the blocking forced gate after pressing. The slag blocking block is equipped with a hydraulic oil cylinder on the outer end surface of the forced door, and the pressure regulating valve handle on the rotary oil cylinder can obtain different pressing forces, that is, the dryness and wetness of the mulberry slag discharged.

Mulberry press advantages:

The disadvantage is that there is some trouble in cleaning the work. The residual materials in the sieve barrel need manual labor and labor. If the customer needs to clean it frequently, it is recommended to make a double-grain sieve bucket.
