I. Use
This press is suitable for the extraction of juice from fruits and vegetables with certain fibers such as fresh grape skin (separation of juice after crushing), fermented grape skin, sea buckthorn berry, pineapple, Chinese medicine residue, sugarcane, sweet potato residue, mulberry, etc. It is one of the first choices of medium and large fruit juice and fruit wine producers.

III. Structure
This is a kind of movable single screw continuous press made up of frame, transmission, feeder, squeezer, hydraulic system, shield and electric control. The screw, driven via belt pulley by gear reducer, consists of three parts, i.e. feeder screw, squeezer screw and extrusion screw. Materials are squeezed by squeezer screen and retaining mechanism and extruded by the outlet block and extrusion screen. Fruit juice and fruit wine may be stored separately.
There is feeder tank in the press and filter plate in the tank. When grape skin or fruit or vegetable processed is fed into the tank, part of the juice will flow out through filter plate; fruit juice or vegetable juice squeezed by screw will flow onto the juice dish and then out through tube; and the residue will be discharged from screen outlet.
