Working principle of fruit press: This machine is a continuous press for fruit press. The screw is driven by the reducer to drive the transmission system. The pressing screw is connected by a key and rotates with the main shaft: the conveying screw sleeve on the main shaft rotates opposite to the pressing screw. There is a feeding box on the body: there is a filter plate in the box, and the fruit is transported into the box, that is, part of the fruit juice flows into the juice hopper at the lower part of the body through the filter plate, and the fruit is pushed by the conveying screw to the pressing screw, and the screw The squeezed fruit juice also flows into the juice hopper through the sieve cylinder and is discharged. A small sieve cylinder is installed at the end of the main shaft. Finally, the squeezed grape juice flows from the cone juice outlet pipe into the juice hopper through the small sieve cylinder. discharge between the end of the barrel and the cone. The outer end of the slag discharge cone is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, and the handle of the pressure regulating valve on the cylinder can be rotated to obtain different pressing forces, that is, the degree of dryness and wetness of the discharged fruit residue.

Fruit Press: This machine is a movable single screw continuous press. It is composed of frame, transmission system, feeding part, juicing part, blocking door, hydraulic system and shield, and electrical control part. The screw is driven by the motor through the pulley and the gear reducer. One screw is divided into three parts: the feeding screw, the pressing screw and the extrusion screw. It is realized by the blocking gate and the backlog screen cylinder of the material outlet and the pressure pass. A feeding box is arranged in the middle of the body, and a filter plate is arranged in the box. The processed fruit press slag is sent into the box, that is, part of the juice flows out through the filter plate; the fruit and vegetable juice squeezed by the screw flows into the juice tray through the sieve cylinder, and then flows out from the juice outlet pipe; the pressed fruit is pressed The slag is discharged from the forced door at the end of the screen drum.
