How to Use:

1. Wear wrist strap and plug the banana socket into connection hole
2. Press the metal test button slightly, tester is ready to use
3. Green“OK”LED indicate wrist strap is working normal
4. If red “LO”light or yellow“HI”light flash and comes with alarm, operator should check the wrist strap

Note:

1. Press the test button lightly, do not press it by gravity
2. Humidity and temperature will directly affect the measured human body’s resistance characteristics
    a. When the temperature and humidity are in low condition, the resistance of the human body will increase obviously      and the test time will increase. Therefore, in winter, due to the dry skin of human body and the decrease of                        conductivity of anti-static shoes, the upper limit of resistance will be exceeded when testing.
Solution: ESD paste can be applied to solve the problem of high resistance of human skin; If possible, increase the ambient temperature and humidity properly
     b. Under the condition of high humidity, a thin water film condenses or adsorbs on the surface of the object. This             hygroscopicity enhances the conductivity of the tested object, which makes the test value sometimes exceed the               lower limit of resistance
Solution: Use ventilation and dehumidification to reduce the humidity on the surface of the measured object; If possible, lower the ambient temperature and humidity properly
