Aodier Catalase is composed of excellent strains of Aspergillus niger by submerged fermentation refined from, used in the textile, beer, enzyme method of sodium gluconate, pulp and paper, food and dairy processing such as removal of hydrogen peroxide industry.

Product features: 1. Temperature range: effective temperature range 20-60 ℃, the optimum temperature range for 40 to 55 ℃.

2. PH range: effective PH range of 5.0 to 9.5, the optimum PH range of 6.0 to 6.0.

Product traits: 1. Product specifications: liquid type 50000, 200000 u/ml. Liquid enzyme pH (25 ℃) : 6.0 7.0, unit weight: 1.25 g/ml or less.

2. Enzyme activity definition: under the condition of ph7.0, 30 ℃, 1 min 1 tendency for decomposition of hydrogen peroxide enzyme needed for the amount of enzyme is defined as a dynamic unit, said by u/ml.

Application methods: 1. In the textile industry, this enzyme can remove residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching, shorten the process, energy saving, water saving, reduce pollution to the environment. Recommend the added amount of 0.3 to 5 ml/L (enzyme activity in 50000 u/ml, similarly hereinafter), deal with 10 to 30 min under appropriate reaction conditions.

2. Fresh food and fresh milk industry, the enzyme is used to remove residual hydrogen peroxide, recommend to add 50-150 ml/t fresh raw materials, 30 to 45 ℃ insulation 10 to 30 min, not the other pH adjustment.

3. Beer storage and sodium gluconate industry, must be used with glucose oxidase, the enzyme is used to remove oxygen and glucose into glucose acid in beer. In the beer industry, plus the amount of the enzyme, 2000-6000 ml/t dry matter, 30-35% concentration, pH adjustment around 5.5, 30 to 55 ℃about 30 hours.

4. The pulp and paper industry, the enzyme could be used to remove residual after hydrogen peroxide bleached pulp. Recommended dosage 100-300ml/ dry pulp, 40-60 ℃ 30min, no additional regulation of pH.

Packaged&storage:Plastic packaging, 25 kg/barrel. This product is a biological active substance, high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali will cause enzyme inactivation. Therefore in the process of transportation and storage, should avoid sun exposure, stored in clean, cool and dry place.
